Channel Center Residences

The Channel Center, in Boston’s Fort Point, is part of the largest urban redevelopment in the region. Commonwealth Ventures developed the two buildings, 25 and 35 Channel Center and turned them into upscale luxury condos. Completed in 2005, 25 Channel Center was built from the ground up and 35 Channel Center was converted from an old warehouse. Each building has its own charm and unique style.

The two buildings combined account for 120 loft-style luxury units. Each unit has a different design and layout in order to fit different needs and to make it truly feel unique and your own. Kitchens are outfitted with top-of the line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and make the space feel even more expansive. To quickly escape to the outdoors, some unit owners can enter their private terrace through the living area. South-facing units have views of the downtown skyline.
