Social Media Marketing Specialist

ELEVATED is seeking a creative, witty, and motivated professional interested in pursuing a social media marketing career with knowledge in the Real Estate industry. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be a key part of our growing in-house marketing team and will be focusing primarily on lead generation, brand awareness, growing existing accounts and establishing a strong leadership position. The role is focused on amplifying the brand to create a clear, differentiated personality across multiple media platforms.

What you’ll do:

Manage, organize, and curate content calendars for daily social media posts across social channels while integrating current campaign strategies, timely information and real estate team updates.
Contribute to the development of cross-media strategies including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
Stay on top of engagements - Post relevant content, answer questions, interact with clients, encourage conversations, answer routing page questions and communicate with potential clients when needed.
Track social insights and identify fluctuating trends of content on all social channels.
Grow a massive following for Elevated Real Estate & Development services.
Work directly with Graphic Designer, Operations Manager, and Brokers of Elevated.

What we are looking for...

At least 2 years of undergrad completed, Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant marketing experience
At least 2 years of experience with professional social media marketing
In-depth knowledge of and enthusiasm for social media
Demonstrated awareness of social media trends/developments and how those can be implemented to improve community engagement/customer service
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Efficient and creative with content creation
Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for detail
