First time buying a home and the experience with Bridget from Elevated was fantastic! From the first phone call where all the way through to the end, Bridget was like a partner to my husband and I and she really understand our needs and the vibe we were going for. She took the time to talk us through A LOT of the details since we were newbies to this process, and was always really patient and timely in her communications. Would definitely recommend working with her and we certainly hope to in the future again.

Bridget is an amazing realtor. We met her when we looked at our first property and really had no idea what we wanted/ budget. She guided us for 6 months to multiple tours locations new construction condos etc, and she has an amazing team helping through the process. As first time home buyers, we really did not know what to expect, but she made the process easy and fun. Not only did she find my boyfriend our condo in Winthrop, but 6 months later she found me an investment property down the street. We won in a scenario against multiple offers when properties were going for over asking price. She is a shark (a nice one) in the real estate market and you want her on your side. I can not say enough nice things about her amazing personality and her professionalism and how easy she was to work with.

My fiance and I started looking to buy during the beginning of 2022. We had rented in East Boston for 5 years and we knew we wanted to make an investment while both still working in the city. East Boston is great - it's secluded and quiet compared to other parts of the city. And there's plenty of space to run and play with our dog. When we met Bridget, we were confident she would help us find what we were looking for. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she's so friendly and fun to work with! She checked off all of our boxes and helped us find our first home together. 

When my wife and I decided to move into the city from the suburbs, we contacted our trusted realtor to give us a recommendation. Having decided to rent for a few years, we were worried that we would get a limited amount of attention, and being in the midst of Covid, it was difficult to even see apartments. Bridget Fortunate did a great job educating us on the different options available. When our house sold quickly and we had to move in 6 weeks, Bridget went into overdrive, got us into a unit that was not being shown, and sealed the deal. After a few years, we decided to buy, and Bridget was right there for us. We had fallen in love with our neighborhood, but there was nothing available and we needed to get out in a few months. Bridget leveraged her network, found us a unit being renovated, and negotiated a great deal for us, including a say in the renovation choices. We are thrilled with our new home in the city and grateful to have had such great support from Bridget and her team!

I worked with John Dolan on a condo purchase and I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Elevated. John was very responsive and he helped guide me through every step of the way, which was extremely helpful as a first-time buyer. His experience made me feel much more comfortable during  the whole process, and I trusted him to advocate for my interests when we were finishing up and closing the deal. Would highly recommend!

Working with Elevated was great. They quickly got to know us and had a real sense of what we were looking which made the process of finding the right place really straightforward. They were very responsive and flexible in making viewings happen around our schedules and even managed to help us  through some unusual circumstances as we got towards the close. We recently purchased our first home and were lucky enough to work with John Dolan at Elevated. He was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He is extremely professional, responsive and made us feel well taken care of throughout. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Bridget was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy she was! From the minute we started our search for our first home, she was on top of every little detail. Being first time home buyers, we had a TON of questions and she was able to talk us through and explain every little step. She was extremely responsive to emails and texts (day or night!) and took it upon herself to seek out some additional open houses when we had planned on only going to see one, as well as bringing along printed copies of all of the comps in the area that she thought we would like to see. She was flexible with her schedule and attended all appointments and meetings with us, rearranging other conflicts to make it there with us.  Bridget was absolutely wonderful through this process and I could not have asked for a more type A, on the ball, organized, and responsive realtor to take us through this process!

Bridget did a fantastic job of helping us find a home. We couldn't be happier with her knowledge of the Boston area and experience with various property types. Highly recommended. 

John Dolan recently helped me sell my condo in South Boston. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. We talked through each step leading up to the open house weekend, to determine what the best approach was for my situation. There was no rush to get through  anything too fast, he made sure we did things in the right way to get the most value out of the sale, based on his experience and knowledge of the area. Between offer acceptance and closing, John stepped up and made the process stress-free from my end, going the extra mile to be at the condo for various appointments and trekking across the city to get last minute signatures. I would highly recommend John and the Elevated team, as it is apparent that they truly work as a team to get the best results for their clients.
