100 A Street is set to be a six-story luxury condo building in South Boston. 100 A Street Condos will feature eight two-bedroom units and one with an almost unheard of four bedrooms on land now occupied by Williams Tavern and My Diner. Two bedroom units will range in size from 1,701 sq ft to 1,803 sq ft, the four bedroom unit will be 3,585 sq. ft. Developer, Michael Moor says the first floor would have room for a coffee shop.
