533 Washington St. in Downtown Crossing, also known as the Canvas, is a proposed 30 story "pencil" tower at the former site of Felt Nightclub. Canvas, currently under review by the Boston Redevelopment Authority, will have 94 residential units, innovation office space and a ground level restaurant. Units will be made up of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floor plans.
