ONE DALTON
At 61 stories and 700 feet, Four Seasons Private Residences at One Dalton Street, is Boston's tallest residential building. Designed by world-renowned architect Henry N. Cobb, the all-glass tower is shaped as an equilateral triangle with rounded bays and floor-to-ceiling windows that feature wrapping views of the Back Bay skyline, the Charles River, the Fenway, the South End and beyond to the Blue Hills. The $750 million project will rise on a triangular plot located at 1 Dalton Street, next to the Christian Science Plaza. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2019.
The 211-room Four Seasons Hotel will occupy the first 23 floors of the building, with the 160 ultra-high-end condominiums comprising the upper floors. The new tower will also include the finest amenities the city has to offer, including an on-site parking garage with valet services, two restaurants, two lounges, and a health club and spa. Exclusive resident amenities include a private residential lobby with doorman and concierge services, an owner’s only restaurant club on floor 50, as well as another private amenity floor. Zumba Boston, a renowned Japanese izakaya concept, recently opened on One Dalton's second floor and is receiving rave reviews.
