Suffolk Downs, the largest approved mixed-use real estate project in Boston history, is moving forward with Phase I of construction. Suffolk Downs will feature 10.5 Million square feet on the Boston side with an additional 5.7 Million square feet in Revere. Phase I of the Boston project at Suffolk Downs will feature 9 buildings, 7 townhome-style buildings and nearly 1.4 Million square feet total. Upon completion Suffolk Downs will feature thousands of new housing units, both condos and rentals, as well as 40 acres of open/green space, 500,000 square feet of Retail, 5.2 Million square feet of office/lab space and 400,000 square feet of hotel space.
