Echelon Seaport, situated in the Seaport's "Block M" development area, consists of 733 luxury ownership and rental units. 447 luxury condos will be spread between two towers at 133 and 135 Seaport Boulevard. A third tower, titled The Alyx, is comprised of an additional 285 apartments. Building heights reach 21 stories.
