A Spanish inspired tapas restaurant located on 1704 Washington Street in the South End.  Unlike some Boston restaurants, Toro opens early for lunch during the week.  The Food Lens lists off some Must-Have’s at Toro, including their Paella Valenciana, a very well-known dish of Spain.  Toro does not take reservations for dinner, so hurry over after work. 

Cinquecento

An Italian restaurant that offers an experience for every occasion - private parties and events downstairs with a private bar, a romantic upstairs dining area with rustic furniture, and outdoor seating for warmer months of the year.  

Gaslight Brasserie Du Coin 

Located at the corner at 560 Harrison Ave, Gaslight is a French Brasserie perfect for any occasion - brunch, late-night, large parties, etc. They have a wine list of over 20 French wines.  Pair one of their wines with one of their dinner options.  You can also try their “Plats Du Jour” - Dish of the day - a different option for every day of the week.  

Aquitaine
