Why Live In East Boston? A neighborhood overview

The up and coming neighborhood, East Boston, offers its residents an urban-suburban feel, similar to South Boston.  Eastie is a residential neighborhood with a mix of restaurants and parks.  The waterfront area of East Boston at Jeffries Point has spectacular views of Seaport District and the waterfront of Downtown Boston, only a 10-minute drive away.

Echelon has joined Boston’s most sought-after neighborhood – Seaport – and has opened its doors to welcome new residents this year. Echelon will have two towers built for condos and one for apartments. Tower one at Echelon – 133 Seaport Blvd is now move-in ready. Condo prices will range from $948,900 to $5,768,700, with square footage ranging from 611 sq. ft. to 2,592 sq. ft. Rental prices will begin at $3,600/month.
