The new ultra-luxury residences at Winthrop Center will be located at 115 Winthrop Square in Boston’s downtown/financial district.
After Millennium Partners completed the development of Boston’s tallest residential building – Millennium Tower, they were selected by The Boston Redevelopment Authority to redevelop the Winthrop Square Garage which was completed in 2018. Winthrop Center Tower is now on its way and will stand 691 feet tall – beating Millennium Tower’s height by 10 feet.
The bottom 20 floors of the tower will consist of about 750,000 square feet of commercial office space. The first three floors of the Winthrop Square Tower will be 12,750 square feet where The Great Hall will be located along with 31,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 21,000 square feet of shared meeting space. The top 26 floors of the Winthrop Tower will be home to 500 luxury condos. The tower will also have 550 garage parking spaces available.
Winthrop Center is conveniently located in the heart of Boston surrounded by restaurants, offices, and nightlife in Downtown, Financial District, and the Seaport District.

The estimated completion date for the ultra-luxury Winthrop Center residences was originally set to be in March of 2022, but the new completion date is slated for February 2023*.
