When will Echelon Seaport apartments be completed? 2020

COMING SOON – Echelon Seaport will have a third tower featuring apartment units only.  

With three years in the making, Echelon tower 1 at 133 Seaport BLVD has been completed and welcomed new residents with 255 condo units. Tower 2 located at 135 Seaport BLVD is home to 192 condo units, and tower 3 is underway for apartments only.

The apartment building under construction will be comprised of 270 rental units, with 24 of them being affordable. The first wave of move-ins will begin in October on floors 5-10 which includes 111 units. Floors 11-20 (penthouse) will become available at the end of November.
