Raffles Boston Back Bay: Ultra-Luxury Hotel and Residences Announced for 40 Trinity in Boston's Back Bay

 

Raffles Boston Back Bay, located at 40 Trinity Place, will be the first property by Raffles Hotels and Resorts in North America and in the Western Hemisphere. Raffles, the prestigious ultra-luxury hotel brand, currently has 12 locations throughout the world, with high-profile locations in DubaiParis and the Seychelles. The 33 story tower will rise 400 feet and be home to 146 Raffles branded residences as well as 147 luxury hotel rooms. Raffles Boston Back Bay will bring a new level of ultra-luxury amenities to Boston's burgeoning luxury condo market which include the signature Raffles Butler service, Raffles Spa with indoor pool, rooftop garden terrace, resident lounge, five food and beverage venues on-site and a two-story sky lobby overlooking Copley Square.
