Boston's Most Expensive Condo on the Market: A Sprawling Residence at One Dalton Four Seasons Private Residences

Unit 5801/5802 is on the market for $38,000,000; if it sells at that price, it would set a new city record.

The most expensive condo for sale in Boston right now is located atop One Dalton, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences on the 58th floor: Unit 5801/5802

After undergoing two years of luxurious upgrades, one of the most impressive condominiums in Boston is being listed for sale - and at an unprecedented high price.

One Dalton, Unit 5801/5802

This luxurious penthouse is currently listed for $38 million, and available for immediate occupancy, making it the most expensive condo on the market in Boston right now.  If sold for asking price, the unit will set a record for being the most expensive residential condo to ever sell in Boston, beating out a 2016 sale at Millennium Tower for $35 million.

The 7,848-square-foot Four Seasons Private Residence, located on One Dalton Street, combines two condos on the tower's 58th floor, wrapping two corners of the building with expansive views from every room.  The unit includes five-plus bedrooms, six full baths, two half baths, four parking spots, two balconies, two storage units, and magnificent views of Boston's harbor, Back Bay, the Charles River, Cambridge, and Fenway.

The residence's two-year renovation, led by The Lagasse Group, included custom millwork, solid white oak flooring, and state-of-the-art AV systems. Combining the spaces enabled the team to build out formal and informal living spaces, and maintain a catering kitchen in addition to a family kitchen with white onyx counters/backsplash and top-of-the-line appliances.  The current owners originally intended to move into the unit once renovations were complete, and although their life changed and they decided to sell, the design was truly created with the end user in mind.

On top of the luxurious finishes inside the home, the new owner will be able to tap into the Four Seasons VIP Card package of amenities thanks to the tie-in with the hotel at the development, as well as a private residents’ club.
