South Boston New Construction: 32 Luxury Condos Coming to A Street

 

 

South Boston's busy A Street corridor will soon be home to 32 new construction luxury condo buildings.  The first, located at 39 A Street, will have 23 luxury residences ranging from studios to 3 bedroom penthouses.  Prices will range from $550,000 for smaller units to $1,800,000 for larger penthouse units.  Penthouse units will have private roof terraces with unobstructed city views.  There will also be a common roof deck for residents, garage parking, bike storage and package pickup.  39 A will be professionally managed.  Located across from another luxury development, the Allele, which recently sold Phase II of its project in a matter of months.  39A is located steps from the Broadway stop on the MBTA red line and a 60 second walk to restaurants such as The Maiden, Worden Hall and Stephi's in Southie.  39A is now pre-selling, expected completion is Spring 2018.  Below are examples of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury units at 39A.
