The St. Regis Residences “experience” center is officially open, and the pre-sale process has begun. The 22-story building will be home to 114 residential units and state-of-the-art amenities. These luxury condos won’t last for long with the current market, but Elevated clients can easily claim their place in the Seaport neighborhood’s newest luxury residences.
The luxurious St. Regis features a penthouse, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Every resident can take advantage of St. Regis’ Signature Concierge and Butler Services, a doorman available 24/7, valet parking, swimming pool, spa, health club, golf simulator, and a ground-level restaurant.
St. Regis Residences are a subsidiary of Marriot and Starwood, which is internationally known for its luxury services and amenities. Locations can be found in prime destinations internationally, including Abu Dhabi, Deer Valley, New York City, San Francisco, and now Boston!
Howard Elkus of Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the building to represent the curvilinear shape of a sailing ship, which will enhance the skyline along the Boston waterfront. The Seaport neighborhood is Boston’s newest, premier area – only a short walk to the Financial District, South End, and anywhere else you want to go.
Surrounding St. Regis are some of Boston’s favorites, including Mastros, Committee, The Institute of Contemporary Art, Strega Waterfront, Lola 42, and Blue Hills Bank Pavillion. Water Taxi and Seaplane Shuttles are readily available, and access to the public transit is within walking distance of these premium residences.
The Seaport neighborhood is home to many of Boston’s premier waterfront properties, some of which sold out before completion. With the growing interest in Boston’s seafront properties, Elevated saw all 230 units of 22 and 50 Liberty sell out before construction was completed – and wants to ensure that clients get priority on St. Regis units.
