301-303 Border St. is a recently approved luxury condo development in East Boston.  The project will consist of 64 luxury condos, 42 garage parking spaces, ground level commercial space and 70+ bike storage spaces.  About half of the units will have private balconies and there will be a large common roof deck.  The ground floor will also house an exhibit paying homage to the history of East Boston's shipbuilding industry.  Many of the parking spots will have electric car charging stations.  The commercial space will likely house a yoga studio, juice bar or similar concept.   Units will be a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units.  Expected completion is Fall 2018.
