The Chandlery, recently approved by the BPDA, will feature 114 middle-income units and 6,590 sq ft of retail space on the first two levels of the building. The Chandlery will also feature a common rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Boston skyline and a public courtyard running along B Street. The retail space will be occupied by Ultimate Self-Defense gym and a car rental agency which will utilize a portion of The Chandlery's 120 garage parking spaces.
