231 luxury condos have been approved by the BPDA at the site of the Motor Mart Garage in Boston's Bay Village neighborhood. CIM Group and Boston Global Investors are teaming up to build the luxury tower which will rise 28 stories and feature 231 luxury condos including various floor plans from studios to 3 bedrooms. The development will also include 46,000 sq ft of commercial space highlighted by a 15,000 sq ft grocery store. There will be 672 garage parking spaces on site. The Motor Mart Garage, a well-known landmark in the neighborhood, is ideally located at the intersection of Bay Village/Back Bay, Boston's Theater District and the South End.
