Residents can expect all of the top-end amenities of an ultra-luxury building, including on-site valet parking, two lounges, a health club and spa, and an owner’s only restaurant club on floor 50. There are also two restaurants in the building, including Zuma — a Japanese izakaya-style restaurant beloved by Boston locals and tourists alike. In addition, residents will find the Back Bay area offers a plethora of dining and entertainment opportunities.

In the spring of 2020, this trendy neighborhood will welcome The Nautilus restaurant from Nantucket, which will be housed in the stylish Pier 4 Seaport luxury condo building.
Nautilus Pier 4 promises to be more than just another seafood restaurant. It will bring a one-of-a-kind taste of Nantucket to Boston. The restaurant is known for flavor-packed plates that incorporate Asian and Latin American influences into traditional New England dishes.
