Woods Hill Pier 4 opens as the first farm-to-table waterfront restaurant in Seaport

Farm to Table Meal

Farm to Table Meal

Kristin Canty, farm owner, and restauranteur will be bringing a new concept to the Seaport District – a farm-to-table waterfront restaurant that will be located at the Pier 4 luxury construction condos site.  Woods Hill Pier 4 will be Seaport’s first-ever farm-to-table restaurant, making it a very unique and innovative addition to the variety of upscale dining options in the neighborhood

Taking the place of where Anthony’s Pier 4 restaurant once stood, Woods Hill will be opening its doors for dinner tonight, November 26th, in Seaport, Boston.  Canty’s farm-to-table will provide a hospitable waterfront dining experience with 140 seats with a raw bar and an outdoor patio that will seat 40.  In honor of the legacy that Anthony’s has left behind, Canty plans to commemorate the many years of Anthony’s existence at Pier 4.

The developer of Pier 4, Tishman Speyer’s Jeff Wechsler said Woods Hill “will bring something original to the Seaport’s growing retail base.” Not only is Speyer bringing a meticulously designed luxury waterfront residence to Seaport, but also more retail tenants that will be revealed in the upcoming months “that contribute to the urban respite we’re creating on the waterfront.”

Enjoy the convenience of living at Pier 4 and having Woods Hill farm-to-table restaurant along with retail options on site.  Contact Elevated Residential for more information on the pre-construction luxury listings for waterfront condos.

The Fallon Company Transforms the Seaport Neighborhood with 22 & 50 Liberty

22 & 50 Liberty

22 & 50 Liberty

For The Fallon Company, Boston is home. The award-winning real estate developer started here in 1993 — but since then, the company has taken its innovative visions further afield, establishing properties from North Carolina to New York. Now, The Fallon Company is returning to where it all began with the 22 Liberty and 50 Liberty projects in Boston's Seaport District. Each of these luxury developments is 14 stories tall and comprised solely of luxury condos: 22 Liberty features 109 units, ranging from studios to 3+ bedrooms and penthouses, while 50 Liberty features 120 units, starting from 1-bedrooms to 3+ bedrooms and penthouses.

22 Liberty features an all-glass facade and floor-to-ceiling windows with jaw-dropping 270º views of Boston Harbor and the city. 22 Liberty houses two world-class eateries on the ground floor: Lola 42, the sister restaurant of the famed Lola 41 in Nantucket, is renowned for its sushi, while Mastro's Ocean Club features steaks and seafood, plus a piano bar with live entertainment. Just next door, 50 Liberty is designed by the acclaimed Elkus Manfredi Architects.  Likewise featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, the structure offers expansive views of water, city, and sky.  On-site restaurants include Committee, a Mediterranean restaurant from George Aboujaoude.

The Fallon Company has lived up to its reputation as a leader in mixed-use urban development with the 22 Liberty and 50 Liberty projects. The waterside buildings offer fast access to the Seaport District's communal outdoor green spaces, the six-acre Fan Pier Marina, the Harbor Walk, and a wealth of retail shops and restaurants. This seamless integration reflects The Fallon Company's focus on "transforming neighborhoods into cohesive, community-driven environments." Over the past 25 years, the developer has won numerous accolades for its work, receiving recognition from the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, the Boston Redevelopment Authority, and the Real Estate Finance Association, to name just a few. One of the most active developers on the East Coast, The Fallon Company holds over $4 billion in real estate and represents over 6 million square feet of property.

Echelon Seaport

When Cottonwood Management was looking for a location to establish its new East Coast office, Boston was the winning choice. The Los Angeles-based developer marked the move by building Echelon Seaport, a luxury development designed to reflect the buzzing energy of urban Boston life. Designed by world-famous architect Kohn Pederson Fox, it will consist of three 21-story residential towers covering a total of 1.3 million square feet. Located in the popular Seaport District, the project will comprise of 733 luxury condos and apartments. Two of the towers will house 448 luxury condos while the third will house 285 luxury apartments. Building the Echelon began in 2017 and the highly anticipated project will be completed in 2020.

With this endeavor, Cottonwood Management is establishing a new way of life — “urban resort living.”  Residents will enjoy a full slate of luxury amenities as well as resort-inspired extras including multiple outdoor terraces equipped with fire pits and gas grills, a golf simulator, wine tasting room, innovation center, and more.  When residents step outside, they will find a publicly accessible 19,000-square-foot landscaped plaza, perfect for relaxation. The three towers’ ground levels will encompass 125,000 square feet of restaurants and retail spaces. Meanwhile, the surrounding Seaport District (previously voted “hottest neighborhood in town” by Boston Magazine) offers bars, eateries, entertainment, and nightlife venues within walking distance.

Echelon Seaport presents a great example of how Cottonwood Management continues a tradition of pushing the envelope with an innovative approach to real estate development. The developer is driven by its entrepreneurial, private equity roots to expose the full potential of cutting-edge projects like this one. It’s precisely this forward-thinking attitude that has allowed for great success: As of August 2018, Cottonwood Management recorded over $2.7 billion in assets under management.

With construction to be completed next year, Echelon Seaport will soon be ready to welcome new residents.
