Millennium Partners, developer of the ultra-luxury Millennium Tower in Boston's Financial District, has been selected by the Boston Redevelopment Authority to redevelop the Winthrop Square Garage in Boston's burgeoning Financial District. This ultra-luxury, mixed use tower will be the tallest residential skyscraper in Boston and in the Northeast United States, rising to 760 feet, 65 feet taller than the Millennium Tower a couple of blocks away. The Winthrop Square tower will also boast a 12,750 sq ft Grand Hall with 20 foot tall glass panels consisting of office, retail and restaurant space, which will be open to the public year-round and will be open directly to the sidewalk during the warmer months.
